The fuses for the outputs can be moved to provide the necessary current depending on the specific aux output load. The aux pdc contains 7 relays related to auxiliary functions. I cant remember what functionality the module gives you exactly but it wasnt something i needed so i just got the switches. There is also an upfitter ignition relay as well. This is incorrect i ordered my truck with the aux switches without the upfitter module. These switches are integrated into the vehicles electrical architecture lin signals with their outputs found underhood in connectors located on the auxiliary pdc.

Please note that these switches are hard wired to only switch power 12v via their relays. I would think it would be if you get the upfitter module you can only have the aux switches but not the other way around. I have seen on a ebay a aux switch panel that fits below the heatac controls.
