The little green cruise control light wont turn on or anything. And yes it was over 30 mph it was trying to set to speed.

Duramax cruise control not working. Not sure if theres a specific fuse i could check thats just for cruise control or what. Discussion starter 1 18 d ago. The truck runs great. It is under warranty but i am trying to avoid the dealer trip due to my work schedule makes it very hard to get to the dealer during my sleep time. I use cruise control a lot and i need to fix this issue. Today i noted that the cruise control does not work on my truck.

I tried to turn on the curise control and the green light on the dash did not turn on nor did it engage when i tried to set a speed. Mine dose not work on my 04 gmc if the brake switch is bad is that separate from the one for the taillights. I have read through a lot of threads on here and did everything i read with no results. I had a problem with a older gm product and found that if the cab high mount brake light is out the cruise will not work they used that circuit as the ground for the relay. Backup lights and shift selection indicator are working fine. Its 2008 chevy 2500 ltz duraalli with 3100 miles aprox. Why cruise control does not work. 2012 2500hd cruise control not working.
By hutch08 august 23 2015 in 2000 2014 silverado sierra hd. Not sure but if there is a code it may not work. 73 157 posts. To the best of my knowledge the only thing not working is the cruise and there are no stored codes in the computer system. Here is the problem. Check the over.
Hey i just recently picked up a new truck its a 2012 gmc sierra 2500hd denali with. Auto repair guys 67356 views. Hey guys i am at a complete loss. I replaced the break switch replaced the blinkercruise control switch. I have a 05 chevy 2500hd with 275000 miles on it. Any help would be wonderful.
